The Walden University community gathers to honor its graduating students twice a year at summer and winter commencement ceremonies. Graduating students are encouraged to invite guests to share in the celebration of their accomplishments.

 

Upcoming Commencement Ceremonies     

 

Winter 2010
Date: January 23, 2010
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: Sheraton Hotel, 400 North Olive Street, Dallas, Texas
Registration Opens: Now Available

 

Eligibility: Students with graduation dates between June 1, 2009, and November 30, 2009, are eligible to attend the winter 2010 ceremony. Your graduation date is the last day of the term for your last course.  Students with graduation dates after November 30, 2009 are not eligible for this ceremony; there are no exceptions to this policy.  Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements to attend before making travel or other arrangements.

Summer 2010
 (information is tentative)
Date: July 24, 2010
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Registration Opens: March 15, 2010

 

Eligibility: Students with graduation dates between December 1, 2009, and May 31, 2010 are eligible to attend the summer 2010 ceremony. Your graduation date is the last day of the term for your last course.  Students with graduation dates after May 31, 2010 are not eligible for this ceremony; there are no exceptions to this policy.  Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements to attend before making travel or other arrangements.
