The Walden dissertations editors conduct the form and style review on completed dissertations and doctoral studies that have committee chair approval and have been sent to the research office for the review. This review is a required step before the final committee review and oral defense. In advance of the form and style review as time permits, the editors will answer short questions about dissertations or doctoral studies and will look at drafts of dissertation or doctoral study chapters, proposals, or abstracts as well as the prospectus for either capstone project. EdD students in the Foundations or Proseminars courses, however, should send their papers to the tutors at writingsupport@waldenu.edu.

Please note, though, that the editors may take 10 business days or more to return feedback on preliminary drafts and that their feedback will point to patterns for students to work on to improve their APA and writing style; the editors will not do a line-by-line edit of submissions.
