Register For the Session

PLEASE USE YOUR NEW WALDEN EMAIL ADDRESSES WHEN REGISTERING. THANK YOU!

Location and Venue
Walden University will be holding Summer Session in Minneapolis, MN on the University of Minnesota campus. During this 12-day Residency, students will participate in academic sessions, have access to faculty and staff members for advising sessions, and have an opportunity to interact with other Ph.D. and Ed.D. students from Walden University for professional and academic networking. In addition, students will have an opportunity to network with graduating students in all degree programs at the Walden University Commencement Ceremony.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan Area is one of the top 20 largest urban areas in the United States and is known for the Mall of America, its arts community, award-winning efforts toward sustainability, and its city parks. It is a great summer travel location as the weather is generally mild; the average median temperatures for July historically are in the mid 70s and average highs in the low 80s. The residency location will give you quick access to the city as the campus is proximate to downtown Minneapolis and accessible by multiple modes of public transportation. Read more about the metro area at http://www.meetminneapolis.org/.

Travel
Students flying to this residency will want to fly into the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).  The residency will be located approximately 10 miles from the airport.  Students should make flight arrangements only after receiving a Confirmation E-mail from the Residencies Team.
