Residency will be held December 27-30, 2008 at the National Conference Center. Comfortably nestled on 110 acres of private land, the National Conference Center (NCC) is about 30 minutes from Washington D.C. and only 12 miles from the Washington-Dulles Airport. Also at this residency, students will have a chance to meet and interact with students pursuing a Ph.D. degree at Walden University.
This architecturally unique facility offers comfortable accommodations and convenient meeting rooms. Students and faculty alike dine in the all-you-can-eat buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During the midmorning and afternoon, everyone gathers around the convenient break-stations for coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. The Black Olive, located on-site, offers an evening venue for socializing and fun. The NCC, with its all-inclusive environment, provides the great opportunity for students to network with colleagues, faculty, and staff.
