Creating your Learning Agreement

A number of resources are available to guide you in preparing a Learning Agreement, all of which can be accessed through your SBSF 7100 Continuing Research section:

The KAM Curriculum for each KAM and for each specialization outlines the content and purpose of each KAM and suggests themes and references to get you thinking about how you might shape the KAM for your own professional and research purposes. The KAM Curriculum tells you the WHAT for your KAM writing.

The Guide to the KAMs is a manual detailing the expectations and suggesting approaches for successful KAM writing.  The Guide to the KAMs tells you the why and how of successful KAM writing.  TheGuide is summarized in a powerpoint presentation which is also included.

The Best Practices document summarizes some of the practices that will help make for successful KAM work.

The Rubric for LAs gives you the qualities by which your work will be assessed.  You can use these as principles to guide your work in progress.

Sample LAs show what other students have done with the core KAMs. These might suggest ideas and themes for your own work.
