This month we are featuring the scholarship from our programs in human services psychology, and social work. These programs represent the diverse disciplines that provide theories and insights about the human condition and how to treat the emotional and psychosocial problems that sometimes arise.
The human condition is shaped by many biopsychosocial variables. To understand the complex processes of growth and development, practicing clinicians depend on research. The articles in this issue address some of these variables and related research.
As a note, one of our students, Marcia Hestand, has requested that we offer a Printable copy of The Scholar Practitioner. We are working on it and hopefully will be available shortly. Both the September and October editions will be reproduced in printable formats. Marcia, thanks for the suggestion.
