Individual study of an engineering management problem selected by the student and approved by the instructor to include a detailed written proposal, regular progress reports and a final written report.

Representative Course Objectives:

The goal of this capstone course is to provide the student with the opportunity to summarize learning in the Engineering Management program by conducting a significant investigation of an engineering management problem in a working environment and presenting a report of the results of the project.

Representative Course Topical Areas:

The topic area and scope will be discussed and negotiated with the students Engineering Management faculty advisor.

Prerequisite Knowledge:

This is the final course the student will complete as part of the Engineering Management program.
