Closing Thoughts for the Last Issue  Dr. Marie A. Caputi It has been a pleasure to serve as your facilitator/editor of this experiment in community building, a vital element for online universities. Hopefully, the sharing of ideas has addressed your scholarly needs as scholar-practitioners.
On a personal note, let me express my deep appreciation for the collegiality and willingness of our authors, who have taken the time to share their expertise with our community of scholars. I am truly indebted to each of them. I hope that reading The Scholar-Practitioner has enabled you to become familiar with these exceptional people in our midst.
In closing, I ask that you take a moment to share your experience with The Scholar-Practitioner with me and let me know whether it has fulfilled its purpose in community building.
